We liked everything! Loes was genuinely the most helpful person from the minute we booked the stay, until the very end. She helped us with booking parking, booking taxis, where to eat etc. 10/10 customer service. Then the property itself was absolutely immaculate, decorated to perfection and was located so centrally in a lovely town. Literally couldn’t fault anything about Casa Uva or Loes the owner. This location is STUNNING - high on a hill top, overlooking the incredible mountains. The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and I can't honestly say anything negative about it. Our host helped organise taxis and used whatsapp audio to send us information which was brilliant. In the shared area there is a water fountain to use, free muffins and access to tea and coffee. The bedrooms are lovely, a TV, air con and an incredibly comfortable bed. There is a sun terrace that is great - great views with a couple of sun loungers to use.

Location: On a quiet, picturesque, pedestrian street in the old part of town. Short walk from the main square and all the sights. Private car parking nearby can be reserved at €10 a night, but when we were there in October there was also nearby street parking. Property: Beautifully renovated building. 4 rooms, 3 on first floor looking at courtyard below. Shared kitchen for guests on ground floor. Beautiful roof terrace with sofas and great views. Room: Again, beautiful and stylish. Bed comfy with good quality bedding. Bathroom spacious with a great shower. Welcoming bottle of cava was a nice touch. Communication with Guillermo and Maria, who showed us our room, was great.

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We were there for a wedding and we had everything we needed to get ready in comfort. It is situated next to a wonderful cafe/bar which is ideal if you want a drink or a snack. It’s also very close to an excellent supermarket which means you don’t have to go far for anything. It’s a 10 minute walk to the old town but I felt being away from the main tourist area was a bonus. The staff here are simply wonderful, nothing is too difficult and they helped us with directions and taxis. The rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard.
