A delightful place to stay right in the heart of the old city but very quiet and relaxing. It was lovely and clean and spacious with excellent facilities. Alberto was an excellent host and went the extra mile to help us out in so many ways. Such a great place to stay - we will certainly be back next year.
Pension La Cubana is in the pedestrian area of the old town centre of Santa Cruz de La Palma. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The family who hosts the apartments is very pleasant and makes sure you have everything you need and more. Including fresh fruit, eggs and wine. The app is equipped with everything I could think of and the balcony was very big and the place to have a nice (and easy) gas bbq and watch the sun set. The swimming pool in the beautiful kept garden was great for the kids and it was easy to arrive and to park your car! The place to be if you want a relaxing (family) holiday.
Amazing house and great hosts, everything you need is right there to make you feel like home. Beautiful view and pool, we were lucky to have clear sky and enjoy the stars at night. Everything was absolutely perfect for an unforgettable holiday. La Palma is a great island for hikers, with stunning nature and views!
Angélica is a fantastic, enthousiastic and helpfull host who welcomed us personally. As a welcome present there was self-made fresh fruit juice and a big bowl with fresh fruits from the garden. We felt home immediately! The service was excellent. The apartment was clean and cosy. Everything we needed was there. There are also a lot of nice seats outside (with BBQ). And an amazing pool with great views! If we visit La Palma again, we will come back!
Perfect place to rest, José welcomed us late on the date of arrival and drived us to the house so that it made things lots easier! The house is well furnished and charming. Very quiet place!
This place is amazing. The views by day and night are something to experience and the facilities are great. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. The garden is beautiful and the pool is good to cool down on warm days. We had a great time there. It is quiet and peaceful and the location is good to travel around the island. Communication with the host was excellent.
Superbly situated on a banana plantation with stunning views and peaceful surroundings. There is a shared outside kitchen/sitting/dining area with toilet and shower. This is really well equipped and in the summer months you could live out there. The hosts were brilliant, giving us fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden every day, they even baked us a delicious cake. The apartment was clean and well equipped
Angélica is the best host you can get and the basket of fresh fruits that she gave us was highly appreciated. So many exotic fruits that we haven't seen or tasted earlier... and the common areas of the appartment are a luxury. We will be back!
We liked the secluded location - enjoyed watching stars at night and had an amazing view to the Atlantic ocean every day. The host was always very friendly and we were offered fresh fruits and eggs which was lovely. There was a BBQ which we were using every day to cook meals. The ping pong table in the garden was also greatly appreciated. The kitchen had a blender which was great for making smoothies.
The location was excellent for a relaxing time, great views and quiet.
The hospitality of the host was most rewarding and the accommodation was better than I wished for.
