I chose to spend my last night in Gran Canaria where I spent my first—at the Acoran Hostel. Of all my stays on the island, this one was by far the most pleasant and comfortable. The cleanliness, security, and atmosphere make it feel like home, thanks to the attentive owner who keeps everything impeccable. The house pets—three super friendly cats and a small dog—are unforgettable, adding a warm, family feel to the beautiful house.

I highly recommend it for its position right behind la Playa de las Canteras, very very convenient, just 2 mins walking.
All around it's full of services such as restaurants, cafè, supermarkets and 24h shop to buy all necessary stuff.
Jose and the staff are super nice and available for any of your needs, just like being at home. Nice terrace in the roof top for relax, barbecue available. Good solution in Las Palmas and great value for money.

The location is superb and the views stunning. Also, the hotel have a gem of an employee in Eva who was very warm and welcoming.

Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Great location on the sea, away from the crowds. Walking distance to a grocery store, spotless clean and with all the equipment you need for your stay. Lots of parking space and quiet in the evening. The jacuzzi was perfect.
Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for living and working from there. Full kitchen equipment. Good wifi. Hosts were nice and easy to communicate with. Location in a quiet small town. Beaches, grocery stores in short walking distance.
The hosts were excellent, willing to help us (eg: ordering taxis etc.) throughout our stay and their focus was on us having all we needed during our stay including basic necessary provisions in the fridge on arrival.
There were a few local bars/restaurants which were extremely friendly and good value.
It was 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop giving you easy, regular and cheap access to the local town (Telde), Las Palmas (capital city) and Maspalomas (tourist town south).
Lovely location very easy and cheap public transport to explore the island. Everything you could possibly need was supplied by the hosts who were most helpful in every way.
The host Lidia is a superstar and helped us with everything we needed. The house is beautiful and you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. It is a great location so close to Telde, where the fantastic Casa Mario restaurant is a must for some of the best food in the area. We travelled to/from the house via taxi which is convenient and cheap - thanks Lidia for helping us book them.
The place is clean. It's located in a charming area of town. Rita's a great host/receptionist. There's a sunny courtyard. It's a short, pleasant walk to supermarkets. The wifi is good.
