I asked for help, and the property refused. We checked in, went briefly to the room, didn't touch anything.
When we left I heard my son had been in an accident, at home in Spain, 200km away.
We went back immediately, to cancel the room (within an hour) and told them the circumstances. They understood, we thought, offered their condolances and understanding that we had to return home and now didn't need the room, and after I spoke to your Customer Services, I was told we'd get refunded. The manager shook our hands and said sorry.
Today, I came home to find an email from Booking.com saying the property have refused to refund, for an un-tocuhed room.
I am appalled that the property have done this, and that Booking.com have allowed this.
I have been a customer for many years, and no amount of problems before has ever caused me to complain.
I would like this decision to be reviewed, and for you to refund the money if the property will not.
This is the biggest and worst customer service I have seen in all the years I have been a loyal customer of booking.com
You need to sort this out and someone needs to refund us!

The location is excellent. Very close to all the bars, restaurants, cathedral, castle, etc. The price was good €51 for the night ,about right, not sure I would pay more to stay. Apparently, there is a kitchen you can use, although we didn't see it. The girl who checked us in was really friendly and helpful with excellent communication, which made the check-in easy. The place was clean and fresh and modern but was brand new, I believe we were the first guests. It's a great place to stay for a couple of nights right in the centre of Almeria City. We would stay again for a couple of nights.

It was comfortable and clean. The bed was particularly comfortable, although I think the protective cover on the mattress made it too hot!!

Excellent apartment we had the penthouse. Every detail was thought about it was a fabulous apartment with excellent facilities great location and the hosts were great I think the attention to the detail made our stay wonderful very clean and tidy
Went for a quiet break in the sun. The resort is beautiful, lovely clean beaches and not built up too much. Fantastic range of restaurants, very reasonably priced. The apartment is right in the centre of things, only 200m from the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need. The parking was secure and right next to the building. The host was extremely helpful and very quick to respond, giving excellent recommendations of where to visit and eat. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will return soon.

Great location, close to the beach and promenade. All amenties available, large saloon and comfortable bed. Bathroom with bath, kitchen well equipped. TV and small balcony available for use. Overall great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and not so close from loud turistic areas. Very helpfull host, no problem with parking the scooter
The room was very clean as well as the bathroom.
The pool could be nice when you can swim in it during the summer (i think we could not swim because the summer was already over). The hosting lady was very friendly and gave us 2 sunbeds when i went sitting outside to read.
It is a quiet neighbourhood. About 5min walking to some bars and restaurants and 10min to the beach.
Parking is very easy in front of the casa.
We had a fantastic stay. The place has a great location and is equipped with everything you may need not even during the holiday. Our Kids loved the swimming pool. Hosts are great - helpful and hospitable. Definitely, we recommend it to everyone.
Appartment is very spacious, it has a seperate kitchen with a small laundry room. The living room is a bright and spacious room with access to patio area. There is a dining table in the kitchen and in the living room. This appartment has a great location, on a quiet street and one minute from the beach. There is a supermarket around the corner.
