Very nice renovation job. Simple layout but functional. High ceiling so feels very airy. Comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The first floor has a restaurant “La Fonda” but was closed when I stayed. I think it can be more noisy if the restaurant was open. There were three units on upstairs. And common area for coffee and tea. We enjoyed the stay very much.
Peregrino offers accommodation 10 minutes' walk from Pontevedra city centre, on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago pilgrimage route, at Redondela-Pontevedra path.

The rustic look and feel of the hotel made it very homely and comfortable, the owners of the place were amazing with equally amazing staff. The breakfast was good; ham, cheese, and eggs cooked or fried to your preference with a good choice of fruit. There was also a good choice of freshly squeezed juice, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
A variety of cereals would have been nice even if not available at the time, the guests could have been asked what they would like upon arrival notwithstanding this is a suggestion not a negative.
The location was great with beautiful scenery with the sounds of nature all around, It was great to go walking early in the morning, it was so peaceful with so much greenery around and fresh clean air. There are supermarkets and pharmacies nearby with lots of amazing places to eat. We had friends who had rental cars hence, if you want to get around to seeing more of the place you would need to hire a car but if it is for a few days of rest you can just go to the nearby shops. The hotel's restaurant menu was quite varied with amazing dishes, especially the fresh fish which we had almost every evening as everything was so delicious, freshly sourced and cooked.
We had a great and enjoyable experience and we would go back again.

Stayed here for 2 nights during my Camino. Manuel is a great host; I had transferred my backpack to the pension and he made sure to put it in my room before I arrived, very kind. The place has a lot of character and the amenities are great, such as the kitchen. The room was very clean and the bed very nice. The bathroom was a bit small, but a great shower. Location is awesome, right in the center of the city and close to the Camino.
Great location, super clean and cute, super spacious, great wifi, easy entry--host was super communicative and available for any questions-- provided everything we needed. It also has great blackout wooden shudders that completely quiet outside noise.
Excellent quality accommodation. Very well equipped and super clean. Nice garden and pool and a great location for accessing Pontevedra. We were traveling by bicycle and the host provided secure garage storage for them. Bike was a great way to get into the middle of Pontevdra from the house too, quiet lanes take you in there in less than 10 mins.

fantastic apartment, very tastefully and smartly decorated, truly one of the best that i have stayed in. it is quiet, yet very close to the city centre and the train and bus station. i think that it's an ideal place and am looking forward to return in my next visit. Ana has been the kindest host and was very quick to resolve any issue. thank you for the great hospitality!
