Clean rooms and bathrooms. Beds and rooms tidied every day. Air conditioning. Very friendly staff...all very helpful...for example, we were moved from a 4th-floor room to a 2nd-floor room. Breakfast was basic but with all the right things (milk was cold too!) Coffee machine worked great...good coffee!

Good location in the city center, close to bus/train station, main attractions. Self check-in anytime, luggage storage room, wc, that you can use after check-out. Clean, we had kettle, hairdryer, fridge, air conditioner in the room. The room/bathroom was spacious.

Location in centre of town near cafes and bars. Room was perfect for our requirements since we were on a cycling holiday so out all day and in bars in evening so just needed a place to sleep and shower.
This small guest house is just 2 minutes’ walk from the pretty beach at Bulevar de Paguera.

The location is great; although quiet at this time of year, there were still restaurants within walking distance. Beach is two minutes walk away as is the bus stop to Palma and the airport (both cheap options).
The hotel is quite lovely with a really cosy style. Staff are exceptionally friendly and happy. Rooms a good size, brunch was very good.

Great location with easy access to playa and central S’Arenal. Multiple shops around with Lidl and Mercadona the closest. Bus stop is literally outside the hotel. Breakfast has many variations, from traditional style english continental to more spanish options, with churros, salsa and local fresh fruit. Very welcoming staff ready to help with anything. Pool area looks great and it’s best for sunbathing!

We loved the atmosphere every night in the main bar area where guests could sit and have a quiet drink. There was a singer one night too.

Really close to Palma airport. There’s a bus near by that is a cheap way to get to Palma for the day. It’s definitely worth a visit.
It was right beside the beach which was great. The location is good aswell, a quiet neighbourhood, around 20 min drive with the bus to the city centre of Palma. The room was a good size, with comfy beds, everything was clean. The only thing missing I would say is a coffee station with a kettle but that may vary in countries. The roof bar was amazing aswell especially during sunset.
Location near sea but still in relative quiet location. airplane noise isn't problem for me.
Relative cheap half board but only in april because in season it cost much more. Food quality isn't perfect but for price you can pick good meals every day.

View is very good if you have superior room.
Parking around hotel in street without problem in april. Or you can park 200 meters near gas station where is huge parking place.
