Great place with great viev. What's most important - very clean rooms. In center of Mijas, but outside of the touristic path so it's rather quiet. Staff very helpful. We will be back for sure.

I visited Back to La Tierra with my mom in mid March, and our stay was beyond our expectations! Marina, the hostess, was such a delight - very kind and super helpful. The studio we lived in was very nice and clean, and the outside space, with a huge garden and a lovely pool area, was just amazing. For transport we had rented a car which we used a lot visiting Malaga, Mijas pueblo, Fuengirola and for grocery shopping. Back to La Tierra is a beautiful, quiet, hidden gem and we will definitely come back!

Laurence and Alan have made an incredible lovely place, remote from everything. At the end of the bumpy road lies a piece of paradise. Little tiny houses each decorated tastefully and unique in the Moroccan/ Ibiza style. You have your own little privacy or you can relax at the pool area or enjoy the view from the rooftop terrace. We loved the animals, especially Lulu the coziest dog, when she was greeting us when we arrived from our trips or when we were sitting outside enjoying our holiday. We are definitely coming back again.

We had a phantastic stay at casa Ancladero. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need and it is spotlessly clean. The small garden and roof terrace are perfect for dining outside or enjoying the sunset. Pia is a great host providing you with all the useful information and keeping the property in perfect condition.

The perfect guesthouse with the perfect hosts. This house is nestled on a hill about 10 minutes walk from the beach. If you don't want to walk there is a bus that runs every 15 minutes right by the door! The pool and its area is spotless and cozy. The beds were a 10! Great water pressure for Spain! You can order an AMAZING and plentiful breakfast and sit overlooking their stunning garden. The hosts are gracious without being obtrusive. There is no downside, you are in-between Malaga and Marbella with a train about 500 meters away. The house is situated near most forms of transportation. This is an Adult only B&B and the steps down to the pool can be a bit tricky so please be aware. Maybe not optimal for every age. I wish we could have stayed even longer.

A beautiful bedroom with a mesmerising sea view. First line with a parking space. Wanda is a wonderful host. She made us feel like home. You should be aware, she lives in the apartment. You are booking a room with a bathroom and it's great value for money.
