Cerca de la playa, confortable y trato inmejorable
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Extremely beautiful building, very quiet location. Mostly aimed at pilgrims it seems, but I was on a pilgrimage to Bilbao ferry port without wanting a long drive in the morning so it suited me well. The other thing I really liked was the fact that when I asked a local for directions, he jumped in the car and directed me to the front door!!
Beautiful historic posada. Great location, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was another 10 euros on top of room
Booking. Simple but was enough for us.
Lovely old house in very quiet village very easy to park on street.
One restaurant within walking distance ( which wasn’t very good) but a few nice local bars to have a drink.
Beautiful, rustic hotel in lovely setting.
Our room was charming with old beams and rustic furniture.
We were able to sit in the lovely garden and drink cold beer after a day walking the Camino Del Norte.
The receptionist was very helpful with advice on where to eat.
A beautiful building, in a beautiful location, at a great price. A highlight of our camino. Mara was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, the perfect host. After a long day on the Camino, the honesty bar was very welcome and Mara's recommendations for restaurant were spot on (Restaurants el Roble)
This was a great location for our first night in Northern Spain as it was fairly close to Santander and easy to find. The staff were charming and helpful. There was a good choice of items for breakfast. Nice bathroom and tea making facilities.
