I liked the authenticity and history of the house. The room is small, but comfortable and clean. There is a kitchen in the courtyard where water, fruit and snacks are offered - thank you! A kettle and a microwave, no other cooking options. Perfect location, you can park in the street or in a cheap carpark up the street. Walking distance to Galdar or even natural pools - 30 min.

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location is off the beaten track a bit - you likely won't see another tourist there which is nice and it's quiet. It's very close to the sea with lovely view of the sea. The flat was clean on arrival.
Wonderful place! Super clean and very modern. Communication with the host is really quick and easy and there were fresh fruits and sweets every day. Bathroom is amazing and the bed is really comfy! Location is really central with shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Great location in the historical centre of Galdar, short drive to Las Palmas by car. The place itself has a unique atmosphere of an authentic Canarian town residence. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The hosts, Oliver and Ruth are very friendly and hospitable. Knowing that we arrive late, they even left us a welcome package of cheese, fruit and wine! The house had everything that we ever needed - cutlery, kitchenware, equipment etc. We had a wonderful stay at Los Oliva Residence. Thank you, Oliver and Ruth!
Great location, nice and large apartment, clean, comfortable beds, quiet and not crowded area, nice surrounding, amazing views from the living room's window, friendly and accommodating host and staff. We definitely recommend the apartment on top floor.
Lovely boutique hotel, in an ideal location for visiting the museums of Galdar and Centro historico. Co.fortabl beds, stylish decor, quiet and peaceful with pleasant, light courtyard. Helpful staff and generous delicious breakfast. Only marked down on value for money as this was expensive for me but very much worth it for a little luxury.
Great apartment. Very quiet location - off the beaten track. Comfortable bed, good wifi and incredible sea views from the window. Kitchen is well equipped, including condiments etc, and there is a large tv. Olga was a friendly host, who welcomes the guests with home made tortilla.

Good contact with the kindest hostess. the kitchen is well equipped,it really felt like a home from home.Big and very comfortable sofa.The private rooftop terrace is spacious and great for relaxing and soaking up the sun.Underground parking or on the street around the building.Beautiful and quiet location, few local restaurants around. I recommend, we will definitely come back here.
