Stayed there for a few nigts only. Very secure place, very good communication with the owner. Place is far enough from the centre of town and it was very quiet there.
Flat was very clean with coffee machine and fridge, books, nothing else needed on a solo trip. Very cozy patio area.
You need to like cats as it was one coming to stay with me every night. Highly recomend this place and definitely I will come back.

The location was perfect, a beautiful local town. A true experience of Spanish life. The room itself was clean and well equipped, it was very small but more than worth the money that we paid for it. The cleaners were there daily but some of the other residents were a little inconsiderate with their cleanliness or lack thereof. When we entered our room we were surprised with a beautiful arrangement on the bed to celebrate my wife's birthday, which consisted of a bottle of wine and a birthday card containing a beautiful message. This property is in a great location with lots of pubs & restaurants locally. There are great beaches within walking distance & La Caleta is a gorgeous town a short walk up the coast. Williams the host is amazing - friendly & will help with anything you need. The property was always clean & the facilities like the terrace & pool make it a really comfortable stay!

The apartment is very modern and well fitted out with any appliance you need. David was a great host who was very accommodating to our requests. The apartment is in a convenient location near the town centre but is still quiet and has a large balcony.
We stayed in the apartment for 1 month. Carlos was a great host. The view from the top balcony was amazing. Spacious and clean. The location was great: a 2 min walk to the beach and city center, and a 5 min walk to kite beach. The Internet was really fast. The cleaning staff was changing 2 sets of towels and bed linen every week.
