    The apartment is in a perfect location, a few steps from the quiet beach and nearby the town center. It is new, extremely clean, well-equipped with everything you think you may need. The contact with the owner was perfect- quick answers, exact, all details about check-in given in a very precise way!! You can honestly feel that the host wants to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A big thank for that and everything, I will recommend this apartment to my friend for sure.

    Very clean and tidy apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The localization is perfect, close to the beach and less than 10 minutes by car to the market. Great host who gives advices about all necessities in the nearby.

    In general, costa calma is among top three places to serve as a base to visit the island. The apartment is located in a modern building in a very quiet location, 15 minute walking to the beach (several beaches to choose from depending on preferences). The apartment is very professionally managed, it's extremely well equipped (way above typical standard) and beds are very comfortable. Seaview is great bonus. Last but not least, Aurelio was an excellent host.

    Great location, beautiful sunrise, clean and well equipped apartment. Luca was a very helpful host, gave us a lot of tips about the area. There was nothing to complain about. Loved the cats!

    Great location: 50 meters from the beach, 30 from the supermarket, next to restaurants and all the amenities but still very quiet. We found Javier very accommodating and helpful!

    This was our 3rd stay in Green Oasis apartment complex and Marcin's apartment was perfect for our need. Located in a quiet apartment complex in Costa Calma, the apartment is big enough for 4 people to stay with a very good kitchen. The apartment was well stocked. Marcin was a great host, and was always contactable. The check in process was super smooth. All in all, we had a great holiday and hope to be back again soon.

    I liked everything. Great hosts. Clean, quiet. Beach 2 minutes.Next the shop, cafes with live music. Near the bus stop. The price is normal for this place. I will come again. I recommend
