Good value for a clean large room in a separate building to the house on road. Had a small kitchen and outside a washing line to dry hiking clothes. 15 km from Gijon, good mid point break on an otherwise 30 km stage of the Camino del Norte. Two bars nearby at a similar 5 minute distance to eat, the easterly option has a menu of the day served from 8pm, whilst the other only has evening sandwiches but the westerly option opens from 5 am for breakfast.

Alfonso was ecceptionally friendly and helpful (his colleague as well). Communication with him was possible in english and totally flawless. We were allowed to store our luggage there for several hours after check-out which was very nice. Our bedroom was clean, the bathrooms and kitchen as well. All this for a fair price. And the free breakfast was the cherry on top. We can absolutely recommend this place. Will come here again if in Gijon. :)
