The location near the old town Nueva Plaza Barria was great, lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc near, but to find the right door by the address was a bit difficult first. Access to room was very easy, information was great, very helpful staff. Beautiful room, very clean and stylish bathroom. We even had a coffee machine in the room! Recommend this hotel warmly.

Excellent location in the middle of Bilbao old town - could not have been better! The hotel was very clean. It does not have a reception and the hotel requires you to complete a self check in (and submit your passport details) prior to checking in. There is a hotel around the corner that the hotel is linked to that has a 24hr reception and luggage storage. The room itself was clean and comfortable. There is a kitchenette with a fridge (but there is no stove so you can’t cook).
