Clean, well appointed and great location. Host provided some provisions in the fridge on arrival which was very much appreciated. He was a good communicator and provided us with a long list of things we could do, above and beyond for a host.

The hosts were fantastic. The bedroom was very comfortable. Great location and set up for an overnight stay while walking the Camino. Community kitchen available for our use. Our room had the added bonus of a close line outside our main window. Great place at a great price.

One of the best places that I have been with Booking, and very very quiet and clean. Good location (ruralish), but at the same time easy connections to the city of Avilés. Indeed MARVELLOUS. IVÁN IS A GREAT HOST. VERY WELL ORGANISED.

Lovely apartment near to the centre of Aviles with all the facilities we needed. It was well furnished, comfortable and clean the apartment had a living room, two double and one single bedrooms, kitchen with washing machine and bathroom. Our host met us when we arrived and was very friendly, kind and helpful. It was quiet at night. It was a great place to stay in Aviles .

The hotel's location is great, right in the city centre. The staff was very nice and gave us great tips for our travels. The room was very big and we had a very comfortable stay. The other guests were respectful and the hotel itself was quiet at night. For breakfast there is a nice and cheap place right on the same street. I would definitely recommend the place.
