Excellent location between Cordoba and Seville. Staff with a genuine interest in your comfort. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. All necessary comforts and no unnecessary frills.

Location is a gem. Only 8 minutes away from the Cathedral. The venue is located near the small square where you can relax with coffee, beer and tapas.
Breakfast also is served at the cafe at the square.
The breakfast is small but sufficient to start the day.
The room was ok for one person.

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the old town, this hotel is attached to the Arab baths - a 2 hour session in the baths is included in your stay.
Our room was spacious and well equipped, including bathrobes and flip flops for the baths.
We arrived before check in and were able to securely leave our luggage while we went out to explore.
The staff were friendly and made several great recommendations for breakfast and dinner.
Would recommend.

This is a really attractive historic building. The rooms are spacious and with high ceilings. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The location is on one side of the attractive central square of the town (and very close to excellent restaurants and the castle), but due to the thick walls and location of the bedroom it is very quiet in the hotel.
Excelent location, close to Almodovar Castle, very clean, good matress, acces to the kitchen, private bathroom, parking în front of the property, nice host.
Our host, Vicente, was most flexible and friendly.
Language was no problem, we both used our "friend" Google Translate.
The property is amazing, far, far beyond what we expected.
Incredible views, quiet and private
The two Sonia's (mother and daughter) are great hosts. Sonia junior met us at a local restaurant and we followed her to the villa. Villa is in a spectacular location overlooking the lake with a view to the castle. The walk down to the lake is very nice and you can fish.
Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Very clean. Great host, who helped us with parking. Lovely, traditional Spanish town with a beautiful castle. Recommend La Viuda bar which is unbelievably cheap. We will be returning.
Amazing hidden location, right in the heart of Almodovar del Rio! The hosts were kind and welcoming, showed us around, prepared a very good breakfast for us and really impressed us with the authentic way they refurbished this beautiful old house! The view of the castle from the roof terrace was to die for and so was the restaurant accross the street! Overall, the perfect stay for some peace and quiet in rural Andalucia or for any GoT enthusiasts who whish to step into the Lannister's fortress
