Location is perfect when visiting the Fete du raisin. A short walk to luxembourg. Rooms are good value for your money. Am coming here for a few years already. Breakfast is also a good start of the day with a great diversity.

Good food, when the restaurant was open. It was closed the day i arrived, as it was a public holiday. BUT, the owners let me know, before i arrived, so no big deal. There are other restaurants nearby (10 minute walk).
Was able to park my motorcycle in the barn behind the hotel (as i did in 2022), so out of sight of any curious people.
Wifi was decent, room was fine. Had the entire floor to myself for the first two nights.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good location for exploring Luxembourg, Eifel Forest, etc.

Breakfast good. Availability, quality and price for their own produced wine is perfect. The facilities are well maintained.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Excellent house, friendly hosts, comfortable beds, great value for money, located on the border of Germany and Luxembourg. Overall better than the photos indicate. We can highly recommend staying here!
very hospitable hosts. did everything to make our stay of the highest quality. we will definitely keep in touch and come back. the town is very nice and there are a lot of beautiful places to see when traveling around the area, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Located direcly at the Mosel river, the cycle path and the train station which goes to either Trier and down to the French border. There are a few restos near by and walkable where you can drink local wine. My recommendation would be the Apel resto. Very busy so please book in advance. This is a quite cheap self check in, no frills hotel. Had initial problems with one of the terminals but help in form of a friendly young Ukrainian was near. The rooms are about 20m2 and have an acceptable standard. TV only receives a handful channels.
The Mühlengarten is right at the bus stop in Nittel and straight across the train station, so if you don't have a car, you have direct access to public transport within Germany and towards Luxemburg as well. If you have a car, there is a big parking lot. If you only plan to stay in Nittel for a day or two and otherwise you'd only use the room for sleeping, it's cheap. Wifi was okay.
It is a ghost hotel. During my stay (one week) I haven't spotted any member of the staff. The single room is small and there was no cleaning service during my stay. Poor Wifi speed.
