The location was excellent. There was a path to the Bergpark right next to the hotel and trams nearby. There were good restaurants in walking distance too. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large and had a balcony overlooking the front of the property. It was very clean and comfortable with a large bed with super duvets, and the room was big enough to spread out in. The breakfast was excellent and we ate in a sunny bay window breakfast room

Very well connected by tram for both the Bergpark and the city of Kassel. The arrival instructions were very clear. The room was lovely and spacious and there was a shared kitchen for us to make coffee, tea and breakfast. The shared fridge was useful too.

The apartment is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the local area (though the way to the house is a little steep!). It has a selection of toys, a baby bed, and a high chair. It was possible to use the washing machine in the basement to wash some clothes for the children. It was generally quiet and calm. The contract with the host was friendly and fairly responsive.
The breakfast was personally hosted by the friendly proprietor and his wife. The food was served in a thoroughly charming old-style German dining room, and was very good, with ample quantity and nice variety of foods.

The host met us on arrival and was very friendly and thorough at explaining everything. Throughout the apartment it was clear that the host paid attention to all the little details like a night light for the children, herbs and spices in the kitchen, shampoo and soap in the bathroom, etc. The apartment was quiet, comfortable and in a great location across from a leafy playpark and stream. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer to enjoy the hospitality and comfort. A big thank you to the host.
