Checking in was done via a phone call for a key safe so never met any staff but the lady on the phone was pleasant. The room itself was wow. I wasn't expecting a full apartment but that's what it was and it was great. Plenty of space and comfy beds. Good amenities inside with kettle, coffee percolator and microwave. With the Self Check-In-Terminal (no staff on site) you can check-in anytime (downstairs at the reception) from 1pm, no matter what time, even midnight.

The hotel was easy to find, has its own parking, check-in was very simple and fast, all the facilities were clean like they were brand new. Manager is available for a call all the time for a question or a problem. Wi-fi was good, hotel is quiet and worth the money you pay.

The location is wonderful, next to the central park, surrounded by beautiful nature all over, but close enough to downtown to go walking to have a meal, to buy groceries or to take the train at the central station. The room was very clean and super cozy. The common area is also very comfortable and inviting. And the staff is super nice! Even though I couldn't come between the check-in hours, Mrs. Stahl arranged everything so that I could come in later without inconvenient. I definitely recommend this welcoming place :)
