The location of the house was quite near to Punkva caves. But its very far away from BRNO city. We found it a bit difficult to reach there, The hosts was very friendly and made reservations for the Punkva caves

Small village in woods. Quiet room, good beer in the restaurant on the next doors. Good clean room with TV and bathroom. Good price, very safe location.
