They tried to get in touch with me by the Booking.com messaging platform but I did not receive any message, I saw it very late. I contacted Booking.com to tell them about this problem but nobody resolved it.

It was good for an overnight stay, arriving around 9pm. Free parking on street (not reserved space). Late checkin (until 22:30). Kettle and fridge in the room.
