The host Jan was super helpful and nice, very easy to communicate with and ask any questions. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and warm, the beds were very comfortable. The shared kitchen with a dishwasher and free tea, coffee and milk is a big plus, saves a lot of time and money. The location is convenient if you have a car, 15-30 min away from ski resorts, 15 min away from Karlovy Vary. There are restaurants, a bistro and a minimarket 1-3 min away.

We loved the sauna, the apartment itself, and the hosts. The apartment's fittings, the furniture, the vibe, were all new and above expectations. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and the pleasant mood of the space. It was easy to go by car to and from the apartment and we had a wonderful time.

The hotel really deserves its name: the views, especially from the upper windows are astonishing! Our room was big, clean, nice and cosy with a huge comfortable bed. The hosts are welcoming, eager to help either with advice or with anything you need. There also was a nice restaurant downstairs.
