The communication with the owner's son was really helpful. We got information on how to get to the pension by public transport, it was very handy. Unfortunately, the owners themselves didn't speak English nor German, which led to some misunderstandings when arranging something for the check out.

We love this hotel as it is directly in the city centre of Ceske Budejovice, next to the river, close to all the restaurants and bars, but it is easy to park there and you are not really in the middle of the "noise", so you can enjoy the city life, but you can sleep in quiet place. Rooms are nice and comfy. Ladies in the reception and in the restaurant were very nice and helpful.
The location is excellent, quiet green place and still pretty close to the city center. Very nice pool, sauna, tennis court, small gym. Everything is clean and comfy.
We booked 4 rooms. Due to the app located in city centre, the wiev was so amazing. Rooms are soo big. Check in with online codes. Host was reachable for any case. On the first floor there is a "reception" desk with glasses, mugs, and you can use it. We faced also a balkony, but it was closed. It would be great to use that. Nice restaurants, pubs, supermarket around the app. I would book again this apartment.
The location is quiet yet close to the city centre. Billa and Lidl are close by. Appreciated parking tip from owners. The disposition itself is satisfying all needs. Check-in/check-out is very smooth with clear instructions.

It has all comforts and amenities. It's a 3 min walk from the very center, but already quiet.
Really great location, very close to the city centre and next to a park with loads of cute cafes and bars. There was music playing till 11pm, but the rest of the night was very quiet and woke up to the sound of ducklings swimming around :D Will definitely be back and bring friends to hang out on the rooftop!
