A really good beach house with lovely hosts, good food and an amazing location with hammocks, sun beds and tables and chairs to enjoy. Vladimir and his wife really make the place what it is, the food and drinks at the bar are reasonably priced and tasty (amazing cocktails) and they will also help to organise the plankton tour as well as a 3 in 1 mangrove, snorkelling and fish feeding tour- all reasonably priced. A great place to stay and just relax in the sand and sea.

I had a great stay at the Eco Hostal. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They will help you to book a boat to the island and if you are lucky, you might be checked-in before 1 pm. They offer tasty and vegetarian friendly breakfasts with a fresh coffee and fruits. Romms are spacious and quiet.
We had an amazing stay here! Isleta is very quiet and laid back, with some good options to spend the day at the beach at another hotel 5 mins from this one (for example Coralina hotel) while staying and eating at this way cheaper accomodation with good and clean rooms (more like huts). It even has a deck with nice sun beds to go into the water from, you could easily spend an entire day at this accomodation itself as well.
Sleeping at Rosario island is a must to take full advantage of the quietness of the island after day tourists have left.

Dinner was delicious, with fresh fish ceviche and drinks; however offer is limited and tight opening times.
Beautiful place, charming accommodation very close to the free beach. Very friendly staff, always trying to accommodate our requests even with the limited language. The breakfast included was nice, with fresh fruit left outside our door every morning. We had dinner there several times and we really enjoyed the rice dishes. Charming outside areas, with hammocks. Beautiful quiet location near the water and rustic, artsy facilities. Great food, kind hosts and peaceful place for splendid isolation and relaxing. They nicely upgraded my room so I'd have more space and privacy, and rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a light and fan at night. Water facilities are very simple but thoughtfully arranged, and made me appreciate the simple basics all the more.
