Friendly hosts with flexibility regarding check-in hours if communicated in advance. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of salty and sweet choices to get your hiking energy on a good level! Good location only a quarter of an hour walking from the city center and 25min from the bus terminal. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend as a base for exploring the Torres del Paine NP! Hosts were even so friendly to keep part of our luggage until after our O-hike!

They also recovered something we accidentally left and kept it safe for us until we got back from our backpacking trip. The breakfast is delicious and the room is very comfortable.
