We had at a great experience at the Gite du Survenant. The location is quite convenient, just a few minute walk from the metro, and close to some of the major attractions (Botanic Garden, Biodome, Planetarium, Olympic Stadium...) . It's also close to a lovely little market (Marché Maisonneuve) where we bought amazing local food.
The hosts were helpful and flexible, and the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for our stay.
Overall very happy with the place, highly recommended.

The property was very clean and smelled good. Contactless key entry made it easy to get into the apartment. Host was friendly and communicated very well from booking to end of stay. We were staying with our kids, so we liked that we could make food for them and with the A/C, sleeping at night wasn’t a struggle. I will definitely come back again if/when visiting the area. Totally recommend.
The room was clean and large. We lived on the 7th floor and it was very quiet outside the window. My daughter and I had different experiences on this trip. This is a nice hotel.

Breakfast was good, if something was missing, didn't take long for staff to refill.
Brand new hotel, lots of food options nearby, metro across street, large room, comfortable bed, nice, friendly girl at reception, I was given the type of room I requested and was happy with the room size and quiet. There was no kettle but I was given one on request which I appreciated. I had a good rest and was pleased with my stay overall.
