The location was close to our relatives and to the train station. The price was good. The house is relatively new or newly refurbished. Once we were at the location the owner responded quickly to our calls or texts.

They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The host Cynthia is wonderful and a sweet lady. The house was clean and tidy and so was the washroom. The beds were quite comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay.
After checking in a very small room with both side public tolilets right beside. We decided to make a change to a bigger and quieter room. The front desk was very helpful for the transition. Afterwords, it became a pleasant stay for us.
We really liked the free parking right out front, the freshness of the facilities, the friendliness of the host, and how quiet the rooms were....it's quite lovely all around. And an excellent value for money.
Charmingly quaint family-run B&B with an interesting history. Described as the Fraser Valley's hidden gem and it is just that! We stayed in the Tinkerbell room which was spacious and comfortable. Angela looked after us so well, particularly accommodating me with an alternative option for breakfast which was yummy. Totally recommend staying here.
Great location in Langley...there for Christmas shopping and day in Fort Langley. Comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet given the casino is on site

The bed was very comfortable. The charming host was very professional and seemed genuinely eager to offer the best service. The whole place is spotlessly clean!
Angela was an attentive host who really has a desire to make her guests happy. The room, Cinderella, was beautiful and quiet and I had an amazing sleep. In the morning, a lovely breakfast tray was delivered. Highly recommended.
