Very clean and fairly large room right in the city center, very nice and welcoming hosts. We'll definitely stay there the next time we're in Troyan. We also recommend the restaurant next door :)

The housekeeping lady is very informative and helpful. We had a small issue with the water pump but she she came to the property within 5 minutes and fixed it.

Gergana, the hostess, is extremely friendly and attentive. She has decorated the apartment very tastefully and everything you need is there. She has also prepared a dossier for visiting the city and the surrounding area. We were very happy with our stay here.
The host was really kind, she offered pick up from the bus station free of charge. The apartment was super clean, with good smell and really comfortable. The kitchen had cups, glasses, plates, all clean and new. Everything was perfect.
The view from the garden is gorgeous - the whole mountain only for you. Super quiet, you can enjoy the swimming pool, pick apples from the trees, and in the evening after the BBQ to enjoy the stars in the sky. The host brough brand new grill as the previous one broke in my hands.
Very friendly host, we felt very welcome. Water and chocolates were waiting for us when we arrived and he kindly gave us a lift to the train station at the end of our stay. Everything was very clean, comfortable and homely, and we enjoyed having a balcony. The shower was also good, and it is very quiet at night, you can even here the crickets!
