Very good location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach (10 minutes on foot), but quite far from other points of interest. But this wasn't an issue for us. We simply walked. But there are buses for many destinations. And taxi.
The parking spaces are right in front pf the property.

Furniture, curtains, cutlery, glasses, plates, etc all new and in very good condition. Enough places to put your stuff.

I liked the location. Less than 10 mins to the strip of Sunny Beach. Also had other amenities near by.

The host is very kind and communicative in any situation. I had a little confusion and disturbed at a late hour and he answered us in a timely manner so that everything is in order.
Accommodation in the central area. Quick access to the restaurant, the beach, the port.
Quiet area. Everything was fixed as we wanted. Good price-quality ratio. We will come back on another occasion.

It is near the beach or you can choose one of two swiming pools. It is quiet at night. You have small balcony over the pool. It cames with a parking space which was very important for us. In the app is basic everything you need. The host is super friendly. I would recomend it.
