We had a lovely spacious room with a generous balcony that overlooked the harbour. Everything was immaculate with good specifications. There is a fridge, kettle, air conditioning safe and even a washing line with pegs for drying clothes. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. There is no breakfast provided but there are places around town to eat. A good choice for our visit.
Set 700 from the beach in Sozopol and boasting scenic sea views, Polina Beach guest house offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking on site.

The staff was very friendly. The place is spotless, and modern and our room had a sea view. The neighbourhood is quiet. There is an option to pay a little money for a parking space right in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The staff doesn't bother you at all while inside the room. When you leave, they just ask which room you're from so that they can clean it if we don't mind. Overall, the user experience is perfect. There is also a small restaurant that has breakfast in the morning and you can take coffee, fresh or other drink from there throughout the whole day. The price was one of the best for the town, which is quite surprising provided that the hotel offers high-quality rooms, services and also has a pool.
Offering a garden and sea view, Cherry Villa is set in Sozopol, 300 metres from Bamboo Beach and 400 metres from Harmanite Beach.

It was very clean and staff was really friendly and helpful. The facility is rather new, modern and beautiful. We also loved that there is a great supermarket on the first level of the building.

The host is so so kind and very excellent at communicating and answering WhatsApp messages promptly, even before you arrive at the accommodation, she waited for me to arrive even though my flight was late and after midnight, and I was worried travelling as a solo female traveller.
There's cctv downstairs, and the front door is always locked so it feels secure. You can get your room cleaned daily if you want (I didn't) and there's a fridge in the room too for basic things like water and fruit, you also get a kettle and a little balcony to sit on, and a tv if you want to use it, as well as a wardrobe.
The location is pretty decent, about 10/15 minute walk (if you walk fast like me) to the old town or to Harmanite beach, it's pretty hilly though so it helps if you're fit, or you can walk slow and take it easy. All of Sozopol has lots of hills and a lot of walking, so you should be aware of this if you plan to visit Sozopol. There's also a couple of ATMs at the bottom of the road from Rooms Via Maris which is useful.
There's plenty of little corner shops near by, within 3-5 minutes walk, and also a big supermarket called BILLA about 10 minutes walk if you want instant coffee and cheap things, they have pastries and warm food like hot chicken and potatoes etc, although I'd recommend buying from a proper baker or getting food from a stall, but the supermarket is a good option if you want to keep food costs down.
I would recommend staying here if you want a basic and cheap stay with a very warm and friendly host.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
It is a great location, in the old town, close to everything that matters and still mostly quiet. A terrific host, Ivan, a very nice guy always ready to give a hand, and besides he cooks great homemade breakfasts. I ended up feeling like home there.
The host of the hotel is very nice and flexible about the time.
The room and the bed were clean and got cleaned during our stay. The room was very spacious.
We could also easily leave our luggages before the check-in time and after the check-out time.
The location is fine. There is a little cheap and very good restaurant with a kind owner on the way to the city center (5 minutes walking from the hotel).
