Amazing location right on the sea, the views were absolutely beautiful. It has a gorgeous outdoor area with a fruit garden and a lot of space to sit and relax.
The room had everything necessary, a comfortable bed, bathroom with a separate shower-room, lovely views on the port.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and it’s right on the walkway by the sea which is great for an evening stroll.
There is reserved parking space right by the house, which is super practical.
The owner is kind and welcomed us with a small gift and a free upgrade of the room as there was free space in the house.
The village is so peaceful and was exactly what we were seeking for a seaside retreat during our stay in Bulgaria. There are several beautiful beaches within short distance by car, but also Ahtopol’s own beaches are great and only a short walk away.
I really encourage you to visit Ahtopol and stay at this hotel, it’s really a magical place and you will not regret it ❤️

I loved the location; it was central to everything I needed, and the balcony offered an amazing view. The room was also perfectly sized for one person.

The guesthouse is very well maintenance, clean and comfortable. It is quite rare case at the Bulgarian seaside, when the accommodation is built with so high level of quality and attention to details. Mosquito nets on the windows, good matresses, a lot of kitchen stuff, including coffee pots show how the hosts try to make their place pleasant to the guests.
It is a bit in a distance from the main beach, but dog owners will appreciate a lot of empty space around, where they can walk with their dogs. For us it was a big bonus

The room was very clean and the host was really nice. The place has a top location - in the center, next to a bar (very quiet one), next to a great fish restaurant (Talian ) and in a close proximity to Veleka beach. The Butamyata beach is also very close. I recommend the place for sure, you won't regret it!
Host was super nice and attentive. The room was clean and in a very quiet area with an amazing view of the forest. Some of the best restaurants are within 5 minute walk. Supermarkets and street food places work until late so we had plenty of options for dinner. Veleka and Butamya beach are within walking distance. This is definitely my favourite place in Sinemorets.

Excellent choice, near the forest, in a very relaxing setting, with a big and very well maintained and accessorized garden, including also a summer kitchen dedicated to guests. Rooms are spacious, very clean and with all amenities, the hosts are welcoming.
Parking is possible in the yard, but also in the street, next to the guesthouse.
Four seasons apartments are located in a beautiful sea side- quiet, green yard, close to a beautiful beach!

Relaxing, quiet space allowed us to fully rest and relax. Our host was super lovely. She gave us great tips and recommendations. Great to be able to use the washing machine too. Nice garden and shared kitchen. Off street Parking. Pity we couldn't stay more than 2 nights.
