The pool was a brilliant bonus to have a dip to keep cool during the gorgeous weather.The owners Lilly,Vesy & Michael went above and beyond hospitality to make my stay memorable.Easy walking distance into the town for food and transport and a local shop close bye.Such a little gem for a great price.I would wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place.Also food can be provided if you ask.I had the most amazing breakfast yum. My friend and I decided to visit Kalofer specifically to do the hike to the Raiskoto Praskalo waterfall, but since we don't have a car, we chose this guest house because it's located closer to the edge of town and we could easily embark on the way to the trailhead. We still had to walk about an hour to the trailhead but the walk along the road isn't bad at all. We didn't want to stay in any of the places right by the trailhead because then we wouldn't have access to the restaurants and stores in town and we really didn't want to carry food. The room was pretty lovely with a nice balcony overlooking the yard. The kitchen and dining room are shared and on the ground floor, but we never run into anyone else during the two mornings we were there. The bathroom was nice and clean. There isn't much place to store items if you are traveling with lots of luggage but for our short trip, we had just enough space. The WiFi was strong and we appreciated that there was a small fridge in the room. The host was super welcoming and even offered to come pick us up from the town center after we arrived on the bus but we knew it's only a 15-min walk to the apartment and since we had just our backpacks, we chose to walk. Please note that if you are traveling by train, the train station is outside the town so you may want to ask for a ride beforehand.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and surprisingly quiet. The bathroom is also spacious and offers both a shower and a bathtub. The internet is adequate. The outdoor pool, indoor pool, and all facilities we used are in great condition. Although the hotel was at capacity during my stay, it never felt crowded. The location is slightly outside the village but only a 10-minute walk to the central area. I found the location beneficial – it was quiet, green, and had nice views of the Balkan Mountains.
Everything was perfect. Room was clean and shiny. Bed was very comfortable. There is stable WIFI connection. There is a large garden with a covered dining area which can be used by guests. Location is excellent - on a walking distance from the centre and the mineral pools. The street is quiet and calm during night. The house has own parking spot(s) where you can park. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Totally recommend.

I particularly loved the spacious room and the outside areas, including the jacuzzi. Everything, including the kitchen felt like brand new. The location was nice, close to the centre, but in a quieter street.
It looks better than the photos! Well manicured lawn, big pool, sun beds, all you need for a good holiday! The room was spotless clean with impeccable white linen and towels. And is very, very quiet! Only birds and whispers from the neighbors.
