The location is incredible if you are a tourist in Sofia, but feeling like you have privacy for your personal adventure.
We went to hear vespers in St Sedmochislenitsi church on Saturday at 5.30, and the choir sounded incredibly beautiful - heavenly!! Ethnographical museum was great too.
We popped in and out of the hotel finding restaurants, cafes and Billa.

The room was above of the bar ! The room was really tight. It made very difficult to move around ! We hardly had a space for our bags. On top of that. There was only one kettle for each floor which was put outside of the rooms. So if one person uses it the others have to wait. It was very difficult The street was a bit of noisy from the tram !

Excellent greeting from lady looking after reception. The location was ok. A lift to the 6th floor, which was good as I couldn't have made all the stairs as I have COPD. The owners booked us a cab for the next morning, which turned up on time for our connecting train to go home, so great service and very helpful of them.

Our room had a spacious terrace with a fantastic view overlooking the lake. The studio was well equipped, clean, and with lots of light. The host was really friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and a lovely bakery within a few-minute walk from the guest house. The lake port is just a five-minute walk away. It offers different lake attractions. There is a swimming pool complex nearby and walks around the lake provide an opportunity for splendid views and fresh mountain air.
Amazing accommodation - perfect location, clean, comfortable, quiet, the host is lovely (very helpful and kind, but also allowing their guests complete privacy), the terrace is the best - overlooking the water and Sofia from a distance. This place is a gem, much recommended!
