Excellent base to explore the town and surrounding area with the tram around 500m away. The owners were superb in explaining everything. Breakfast was superb and fresh.

The location next to beach is amazing, but other side is 2 minutes walking into town centre.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. The owners definitely trying to keep on top of decorating, just finished painting the foyer as we arrived, looks clean fresh, modern.
Rooms are big, plenty of space.
I really have to picky for any negatives about the hotel, staff and location

Location ideal not to far from Christmas markets or other activities to do, but far enough it was quite. Host was lovely, attentive and provided us loads of resources. Room was clean and comfortable. Our neighbours in the hotel where a little loud but nothing that required any intervention and was nothing to do with the host or facilities

Well stocked kitchen including 2 coffee pots (one is regular drip coffee) no need buy specific coffee pods (coffee & spices provided) plus dishwasher, bathroom was great even had heated towel rack, linens, towels & tea towels supplied.
Had communal wash machine. English speaking tv channels. Highly recommend. Great host met to hand over keys and explain all.

Quiet, spacious room, lots of beautiful and detailed decorations which made the place feel so welcoming. Superb location for beach walks & shopping spree in the city centre. The hosts went up & above to make us feel at home. The breakfast was breathtakingly delicious. Thank you so much.
