Beautiful historic house with gorgeous garden. The room was warm and quiet even when it was below zero and windy outside. Great location with easy walk to the shops, pub and restaurants/cafes. They also provide a basic self service breakfast and afternoon tea. We loved that we could use their EV chargers.

loved everything about it! quirkiness! friendly staff!
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
Nice guesthouse, very quaint and quirky. It looked like a museum. Nice owner showed us around the building. Nice breakfast and we didn't have dinner there but it looked nice too. Beautiful, large gardens. Located near the train station.
The location was ideal for our trip and the guesthouse style is historic furnished to suit perfectly. The hosts were very welcoming and the ambience friendly
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The hosts were lovely and thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The beds were comfy and everything was beautifully appointed. Lovely, quiet and restful.
Great location, Great hosts, lovely building with very stylish interiors and comfortable accommodation, lots of extra touches that make all the difference, breakfast was great!
Magnificent accommodation and hosts! Beautifully decorated, peaceful and comfortable guest house. Paul and Steve are amazing hosts who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and pampered. The two course a la carte breakfast was exceptional. The bedrooms are private, quiet and very comfortable. The choice of 5 uniquely styled cosy lounge areas and numerous outdoor garden seating areas on the property is so thoughtful and generous. Space for many guests.
Beautiful guest house in Mt Victoria. The lounge and dining area are wonderful as are the rooms, with very comfy beds. The hosts are very welcoming. The breakfast is great - smashed avocado is definitely a winner! All of this set within lovely gardens in a quiet location.
