Iris and Joseph were so welcoming I literally felt like at home. They served me dinner even if the restaurant was closed when I arrived. We also had a very pleasant chat and the room was clean and silent. Breakfast had everything I was hoping for. Good position. Will come back!

Klaus and his staff were wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were cleaned daily with a fresh change of towels too. They also have a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast was also very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would love to go back.

The best part of the stay was the owners -- the hospitality rates a solid 12 on a scale o 1 to 10!! From the moment of check in until the time of check-out - the whole staff takes such wonderful care of you! The room was big and the heater keep it warm and cosy. The bed was large and had a very soft mattress and very comfortable pillows. Shower had plenty o hot water. But it was the food that was the true star of the show. This is a true bucket list site to come to try some of the best Styrian food in Styria, for this food is not just really good - it ranks as amazing. Do not miss dinner - for it is truly one of the best you will ever have.
