This is a family run hotel and after staying in a 4 star hotel in Vienna and a 3 star in Salzburg in the same week, we vote the Pension Hubertus as our favourite base. For English travellers it’s the number 10 bus from Salzburg airport to Zell am see and a 1.5hr train ride, easy.

It was nicely done and mostly all up to date - the rooms were spotlessly clean and beds and linen comfortable - plentiful free parking at the front door and staff certainly available but leave you to it in a nice way of not needed. The breakfast was lovely and just perfect amount - chilling the juices would be our only suggestion - the the coffee was excellent which is not a given in Austria. The honesty bar was a lovely addition for the evenings - thank you very much to the owners and the staff - we would love to come back some day - best wishes with the business ! The hotel having the Zell / Kaprun Card is AMAZING by the way - this is a big plus booking a hotel that has it - free into the Lido beaches at Zell - free up the cable cars to the Top Of Salzburg and Krimmel falls -think we saved about 160 euro overall 🤩

The staff is very friendly.
The rooms, maybe basic for some guests, are clean and with a balcony to enjoy the view.
There is also a very good restaurant downstairs open in the evenings (just remember it is not open every day).
You have also a free place to park your car.
The breakfast. although a bit basic, was very tasty and plentiful.
You get a "Zell am See-Kaprun Summer Card" which allows you to enjoy a lot of things for free or with a discount (cable cars, boar trips, buses etc.).
The 3-star Frühstückspension Müllergut is a working organic farm, set in Sankt Martin bei Lofer in the Salzburg Region. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and free WiFi is available.

What an amazing boutique hotel in Sankt Martin bei Lofer. Everything was perfect in this idyllic village hotel. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was superb, with timber walls and ceiling beams, which gave off that wonderful smell that you only find with natural wood. We had our own balcony, and the views were beyond beautiful. Breakfast was also very nice, and the discussions with the hostess regarding the tourism option in the area were most welcome. This is a wonderful hotel, with the best of everything. Just wished we could have stayed longer.

The apartament was just perfect! Located in the quiet, peaceful area, with beautiful views, yet close to the nearest town - Saalfelden (walking distance). The Host was very nice and helpful. The appartament was very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated also a sofa, a big wardrobe and two terraces with mountain view - it was very nice to seat on one of them and enjoy the sunset. And a big bathroom with both shower cabin and a bathtube was an advantage.
We really enjoyed our stay in Chalet Sisi. The host are really nice and the appartment is spacey and worm. The view from hous is also really nice. It's easy to have a nice sleep since the neighbourhood is quiet.

We enjoyed our vacation at Ferienwohnung Weitblick, it is in a quiet and calm environement, you see the mountains around you, excellent to relax. The host is very friendly and helpfull. You have every facility that you need in the house.
We can highly recommend the place for families. There’s a lot to do in a close range, that is what it makes it a good choice!!!
Everything was better than expected. New renovated rooms, great quiet location still close to town, nice yard with lots to do to the children and lovely host. And possibility to have fresh bread delivered to the door in the morning
Chalet Sisi is an exceptional place: a spotlessly clean, roomy and super modern apartment. The amenities included all one can wish for and far beyond, such as washing machine and dryer, Nespesso, Netflix, window blinds, a ski storage, a baby cot and high chair, and even board games! And the real gems are the hosts, Elisabeth and Manfred, who provided us and our kids with care and attention. The neighborhood is really calm and quiet, and very scenic.
All surrounding ski resorts and hiking trails are easily reached by car.
