It was very, very quiet at night, and the beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet had many different kinds of fruit and was very nicely displayed.

It was very clean and looked beautiful, even the rooms were so pretty
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travellers who prefer unfussy accommodation with a personal touch. They are usually family-run, and your host will provide local recommendations and optional meals. Often cheaper than regular hotels, guest houses can also feature a cosy living room and a garden.
The owner of the property Maria was very nice and friendly. We all enjoyed the breakfast and of course the presence of the goats. Place was nice, clean and quiet. There is an A/C in the room. If you're looking for luxury look elsewhere. But this was exactly what we wanted and we've got it so 5 out of 5.
Staff was really polite, place clean, very quiet, plenty of parking space, we would gladly come back some other time.
Can't really say anything wrong about the place.
Beautiful hotel, great location right on the lake and included free waterfront entry with our stay. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We will be recommending this hotel to any of our friends planning to explore Austria.
The balcony was useful for drying wet towels and swimwear and the size of the room was ok. The bed was comfortable. The innenhof was nice for the dog to run around in. It was quiet.
Spacious and clean rooms. Two terraces. Enough cabinets and shelves for clothing and storage. Marion was really kind and caring. Great location. The area is excellent for birdwatchers. Burgenlandkarte included - free beach entry. My sons enjoyed the stay there a lot!
-The little house gives you the feeling you own the house and you're part of a community. -Everything is very clean and organized.
-The hosts are very nice, always there to help with everything. They put an extra touch on all the things they do.
-The breakfast was very good, every day the hosts prepare a surprize dish
-The garden is a oasis of quiet plus a pool.
-Free Parking at the location.
Fantastic host, very helpful and relaxed. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, with fresh fruit, bread and the usual meats, cheeses etc.
Very modern room, not seen often in Austria from my experience. Huge lovely garden to relax in or eat breakfast in, and really good kids play area in the back.
