The property came as a surprises as to how newly renovated it was that we didn't expect from photos on the site. Bathroom and general facilities like an elevator are brand new at a high standard. We came to ski with 5 people and had an amazing stay thanks to the host who was very attentive. We also enjoyed complimentary breakfast every day

Located in the Inn Valley between Imst and Telfs, this traditional inn occupies a 16th-century farmhouse in the centre of Silz. The Area 47 Leisure Centre is a 5-minute drive away.

Free private parking is available close by. The Inntalradweg (bicycle trail) is right outside, and the Cistercian Monastery of Stams is a 3-minute drive away. In winter, a free ski bus takes guest to the Kühtai Ski Area. The Hochötz Ski Area can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
