The hotel was very clean and was decorated in a Tirolean style. The staff were all lovely and helped us out with our lack of spoken German.

The hotel is a beautiful chalet placed in great nature, it was a pleasant surprise when I first saw it. Kind reception. Very good breakfast. When I arrived tired at 21:00, they kindly prepared a proper dinner for me although the kitchen had closed. The lobby and the rooms are wood-covered. The room had also a nice balcony to drink your beer and enjoy the view. A pleasant and qualitative stay at a good value-for-money rate!

Great location with fab view of the castle and gentle stream passing by. Very close to town centre and railway station and also close to the hiking routes up the Kaisergebirge. Very comfortable, especially the bed, and the kitchen is sufficiently equipped to make yourself dinner. The breakfasts are superb! So much choice and great quality.
