An absolutely amazing hotel. The staff is one of the friendliest, kindest and warmest personnel I've ever met. Breakfast is great, a wide range of choice, the location couldn't be better, the ski rentals and ski lift are literally 10 meters from the front door. The rooms are very spacious, luxurious and quiet. There's also 3 saunas and a relaxation area, perfect after a day skiing or snowboarding.

Received a lovely welcome from Susie the owner who was very helpful and pleasant and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with a 180 degree balcony. Great views of the ski area and gondolas which we watched in the morning while having breakfast. Westendorf Town center is about 2 minutes walk, perfect.
