Owner of pension is very kind and they have nice dog which will welcome you. You feel like at home. Beds are comfortable, rooms are ok. They were flexible and able to accomodate one more person in room for 3. Everything was clean, and we had breakfast prepared according our special requests in diet (we didnt want to eat pork, some of us were vegetarian and lactose intollerant). They bought things and served to us. Breakfasts were great. There is shared hotel restaurant space which can be used for gatherings which was awesome. We were group occupying 3 appartments so it was good that we could have gatherings down there and eat there.

We were delighted that Guttenbrun is finally open for guests. It is a Mallnitz symbol, has lots of character and it is in an absolutely gorgeous location. We were already in Mallnitz for the last 10 days ( we travel to Mallnitz every year for about 2 weeks in the winter and 2 weeks in the summer) when we decided to stay for a night there.
