The breakfast was excellent, with local specialties and eggs fresh from the hosts' property. Each breakfast offered slightly different options everyday. The scenery around the property is gorgeous, perfect to disconnect and recharge batteries. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, providing great advice and suggestions for local activities. Despite not speaking English fluently, our hosts made the effort to connect.

Vorderwimmhof is within 500 metres of Abtenau town centre, a ski bus stop, ski slopes, ski lifts and a restaurant. A public outoor pool, hiking and toboggan trails, and the Karkogel ski area can be reached by car in 5 minutes.

A very nice location, we had a room with a balcony. It was absolutely nice. The staff were so friendly. The bathroom is small but which is far enough. The restaurant is open until 22:00. Food and breakfast was also good. I think the property deserves more ratings than the current (while posting 6.9).

People there were great, the place was beautiful. We had a balcony, when it rained, we sat there under the roof. Very calming. The breakfast was great also, including their own milk. It was OK to bring our parrot, she learnt the sound of crickets :) If we come next time, we take the bikes, there are many beautiful places to go.
