I've stayed here twice. The first time I arrived late at night, but I was greeted well. It’s a nice, clean house, a quiet, pleasant place. You can always contact a very friendly and helpful host if you need anything. Not everyone may like the location, but with affordable taxi fares in Yerevan (e.g. Yandex.Taxi) there are no problems with getting around.

Lovely accommodation. There was enough space to park our cars inside the hotel compound. The rooms were large and clean. There is also a nice common space to eat your food or just hang out. The breakfast was large and tasty. I'd definitely come back.

The room was nice with a beautiful view. The administrator, Liana, was very helpful from the very first day, from setting up taxi and food ordering apps, to arraging rides and getting us out of trouble when we needed cash but only had card. She also spoke english very well which made communication very easy.
