Very warm welcomed by the owners. I especially loved the privacy, quietness and the fact that I could leave the door open because of the extra anti-mosquito door ;-) Good breakfast as well.

An amazing remote village in mountain! The owner is a very generous guy, helping in whatever you ask for. He can drive you from the town of Permet (the village is accessible only by 4*4 vehicle). Alternatively you can walk half an hour uphill. They serve hommy dinner if you ask in advance. Very quiet place to spent a day or two (or more), just hanging out in front of the great view.

Alexandra was so lovely as were her breakfasts! All details were looked after and the entire place was super clean. Quiet location close to Villa Permet, 5 minute walk to town. Garden was so pretty. We hated to leave!

5 steps from city center, parking for cars, big bathroom, almost good view from window, delicious breakfast. I even returned for lunch and ate together with 2 policeman :) Next time I will come with friends :)

Oh Dimitri Guest House is in the center of Permet. This is such a special place. The room was very clean, and the smile on Miranda's face was more than welcoming. The location is in the center of Permet, with plenty of parking spaces and a huge terrace where you can enjoy a cigarette, drinks, or just sit and observe the vibe of this special town. Breakfast was amazing! My partner and I were served like royalty and had the best coffee while staying in Albania. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and start the day with a smile and a full tummy.

The breakfast was very nice, you should definitively buy lunch or dinner there as well. Everything you eat is produced on the form and tasts great.

The location was perfect, in a quiet street away from the noises of the cars or bars. It was extremely clean, and the facilities were nice. The bed was very comfortable. The garden was extremely beautiful, full of flowers even though it was August. The breakfast was ok, with several jam options, fried eggs, butter, cheese, tomatoes cucumbers, and a fantastic home made cake. The villa itself was very welcoming exactly as the hosts Ilir and Mirela were. I would say to the hosts to keep up the fantastic work they are doing.
