The staff treated us as kings. Special thanks to Judi and Anom. I was a bit sick and they were preparing a complimentary ginger tea for me every day. The breakfast was delicious! The pool area is one dream! With soft and nice sun beds. And I must mention one fact that traveling to Bali in a rainy season was a great idea. First of all it was raining very little and mainly at night, at least in this area. The weather was milder and most importantly very few people around. Most of the time we had the whole pool area only for ourselves. All restaurants accessible without reservation.

Staff were amazing and very helpful. Very clean and the grounds are beautiful.

It has a fitness centre and a spa centre. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Accommodating, very spacious room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, especially for Asian cuisine. The beach was nice and private and mostly empty, because people were at the pool area. Staff very eager to be helpful. I had a great massage at hotel's spa.

Melia Bali features 5 restaurants, a large lagoon swimming pool and a tropical landscaped garden. Located along the shores of Nusa Dua Beach, the hotel is a 5-minute walk from Bali Collection Shopping Centre. In general I can say that this hotel was over my expectations with fast internet, lovely swimming pool and sea beach. Amazing rooms with spectacular views. Despite the great age this hotel is well maintained and doesn't express negative feelings. I truly liked the food they cook there. I enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners at main restaurant. Even is something was missing during buffet the friendly staff was ready to assist timely. As a result I wish to say thank you to Chef Bayu And Mr.Cendana from main restaurant and pay attention to high level of professionalism of these people, they are not only great professionals they are opened minded people with great hearts!.
