Setting was rural, golf course and a w arm indoor pool
The adjoining golf course grounds and surrounding gardens are a wonderful place to relax in. The accommodation building is well kept and is in good upkeep, considering the building's age.
Comfortable bed, spotless clean room, coffee machine, served breakfast. Beautiful setting of the golf course. Great value for money.
Gym, golf course, restaurant
Location was peaceful, on a golf club with extensive grounds. Restaurant furnishings were nice. Breakfast was reasonable for the price and children eat free. Reasonably priced.
Beautiful venue, clean and comfortable, well equipped rooms, friendly staff and decent facilities. I have zero interest in golf but the golfers seemed to be enjoying themselves
We asked for a quiet room and it certainly was that - in the annex a few minutes walk from the building where we had breakfast which was excellent. Luckily the weather was fine to walk there. Nice looking pool, golf course and peaceful walks around the large grounds.
The golf course as your enter the hotel is beautiful and well kept, if I were a golfer I think I would've been happy. The hotel itself was pretty clean and the breakfast was ok, although felt a little like a school canteen.
Stayed after a wedding in the local area, was exactly what I was after. The late check in was easy as well. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Although I didn’t play due to timing, they offer a generous discount on green fees at the golf course also
