Hotel guests can use the golf driving range free of charge. I loved ABSOLUTELY everything! The staff was amazingly kind and helpful, and all long with a smile. Ate at the restaurant and the staff was incredible. The food was wonderful. And as far as the room goes, if I could pick it up and take it with me wherever I travel to, I would. It was vast, luxurious, and nothing was missing. Best hotel room I have ever stayed in!

Wonderful staff especially the staff at the restaurants. Excellent breakfast and service. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back again.

We stayed in the residences which were modern and nicely furnished. The Spa facilities are very nice. The tennis facilities are excellent

Staff were amazing, breakfast was perfect and The room was extremely spacious. The view and the accessibility to the golfing facilities and hikes were the cherry on top
Amazing hotel in a stunning location. The views over the golf course, lake Lucerne and the mountains are epic. The room was as shown in the pictures and was a wow moment when we walked in. Staff all friendly and good food in the restaurant. Although not advertised clearly on the website their is a secure underground garage for parking and free chargers which is a massive bonus.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and the views were beautiful, especially at night when you could see old town all lit up. Very family friendly with mini golf too. Use of the funicular for free was great even though it was quite a walk from bus stop.
The room is very, very big and beautiful we put an extra bed in the room but it is so big it was not noticeable at all. The bed is very big and comfortable and the shower is luxurious. The highlight of the room is the huge balcony with a view of the mountains to the golf course and Lake Lucerne, you can leave the car in the parking and go to Lucerne by public transport very convenient

The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, with a lovely view to the golf course and surrounding landscape. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was also great, with the possibility to have freshly cooked eggs on request.
