    Very welcoming on arrival, felt cosy and quirky hotel, Location wasn't to to far from facilities, just a nice walk to the beach, food drinks, harbour, or you could get a taxi (jungle golf just round corner) cute little pool at hotel nice for a cool off on a hot day, honestly if you need a place to stay its just enough for a good rested sleep for a group of 9 ladies, its clean, you have your own bathroom, its cosy, comfy and we enjoyed our stay 😀 I would advise to just take some snacks and drinks or wait till your out and about 😃

    We really loved 3 bedroom well equipped spotless apartment with fluffy duvets and pillows and ofcourse the fabulous hot tub. Becky the host has been so helpful and responsive, with brilliant suggestions for things for us to do. We travelled with a 15 & 12 year old & found Torquay had lots for us all to do on rainy summer days: crazy golf, bowling, cinema & escape room. There was lots of choice of places to eat. We didn’t have time to try the water parks, so perhaps another visit needed!

    The location was great - an easy 10 minute stroll down to the sea front and Torre Abbey, which was lovely to wander through and play mini golf. Our room was perfect, great size and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the morning and Paul & Suzy are so friendly and easy to chat to. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be back!

    We had a triple room with ensuite. The room was decorated well and had tea/coffee facilities. It was hot while we were there, so having a fan was a great addition. Nice seating area out the front. 5 minutes walk to the beach and local cafes/bars & crazy golf. will definitely be back. 😊

    nice modern and clean apartments. great location, a shortish walk to the seafront, beach, restaurants, bars etc. there’s crazy golf nearby and also an indoor swimming pool and spa at a nearby hotel you can pay to use. there are small shops nearby for food and drink needs and a good bakery.

    clean bedding and location was great 5 minutes walk to the beach front.. that’s what counts for what we needed for the event we attended down the road corner shop next door, mini golf, beach front, and more all within walking distance..

    we felt welcome as soon as we booked, detailed email and friendly and helpful welcome on arrival from andrea. Convenient place to park on site. Our flat was spacious, clean and comfortable and peaceful with lovely interior decor and extras like water, juice & biscuits etc.The garden was also attractive and well thought out. It was a relaxed quiet location within walking distance to the beach and golf and harbour. An enjoyable stay! Would recommend.

    We stayed in the family room, lovely size room. Whole property very clean. Amazing hosts. Lovely breakfast. We also had took our young baby which was not an issue. Hosts very accommodating and helpful :) Location very good, couple of local shops, short walk to the sea front and mini golf.

    Located in a side street about 10 minutes from the sea front, near the park, pitch and putt golf, tennis courts, cafes, bars and restaurants. About 20 minute walk to the centre of Torquay. Ideal base to explore Torquay or further afield by car, bus or train. The guest house is spotlessly clean, comfortable with good facilities in the rooms, including a mini fridge, tea and coffee making, en suite, tv, fan etc. Everything you need. Berta, the landlady is very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and her staff are also excellent.

    The location was passable but bear in mind it is up a hill, probably 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a crazy golf nearby which is fun. The swimming pool and Sauna at the hotel was an added bonus which is why I have rated this hotel as passable only.
