staff very friendly, enjoyed the spa on Saturday even with the jacuzzi and foot spa not working! food lovely, good selection and good quality. very busy with wedding and golfers but didn't feel it, service was good and plenty of space for everyone.
Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We upgraded to a superior room, which I'd recommend, and this was spacious, clean and comfortable, overlooking the golf course. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a lovely patio area near the bar. It was really quiet at night, with no unnecessary outdoor lighting.
I'd lived nearby about 15 years ago. This was a massive improvement to how it was when I last visited when it was called Ingon Manor Golf Club. Once I saw the improvements in the golf course I regretted not bring my clubs. The service was excellent, food great (but not a huge choice but suited me) and they were totally accommodating to my small dog.
The room was comfortable and as we expected. tea and coffee topped up each day.
we enjoyed the spa very much - and loved the walks around the country park and golf course.
We played golf and were very impressed with the course.
Lunch in the bar was a limited menu, but tasty and quickly served.
The hotel was quiet and calm.
