Great place on a tranquil golf course. Beautifully set-out with everything you could need. The hot-tub was an added bonus.

Very quiet location , ideal for retirement couples not families , my son was told to be quiet when he took a call outside the caravan in the evening , mainly owners I think on site , close to redwing horsey place and golf course but Nothing else going on
Upside down house with hot tub, two car parking spaces and on-site club house restaurant and swimming pool/spa. We ate in the clubhouse on two occasions and food was great. Kitchen literally has everything and lodge overlooks the golf course. It’s a beautiful lodge and would love to return to the resort.
Caravan was lovely, warm, inviting and very clean! It was equipped with everything we needed, other than linen for the beds (but we were aware of this before booking). Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the on site amusements, restaurant, crazy golf, park ect.

The location was brilliant, had a plethora of sights to see including the beach, sea life, pleasure beach and a lot of golfing! The space was very clean and it was cool despite the warm weather. We loved that the kitchen and the living room were connected. Plus it was easy to find and was about 5 minutes from the bus station that we got off from.
Fantastic property. very clean and comfortable. Owner is so kind and very helpful. we have 2 little kids and always it is difficult to go somewhere as we have to hold kids and carry many staff. but this property is just 2-3min from beach. We just carried some staff and whenever if we need a break or something, we just quickly go back to this apartment and nice relax. there is lots of activity as beach, aquarium, mini golf, game centre, pier… we enjoyed so much and we definitely come back to this wonderful apartment!!
Nice friendly Couple that run the B&B . The breakfast choices were excellent , the rooms were all spotless , With only a 5 minute walk down to the beach , and a 15 minute walk into Great Yarmouth , also bus stop only 40 yards away , they run every 15 minutes . And a corner shop and Golfers Arms pub 40 yards away also .
Location was good. Close to several beaches and a couple of pubs and other amenities.
Site was quiet and felt safe.
Would be great for golfers too. On site health club and golf club that serves drinks and food.
